Downend Park is situated in a prominent position at the very top of Lostwithiel in Cornwall, just on the A390 Liskeard to St. Austell. Lostwithiel is a small town which has a number of character properties and a 12th Century bridge which spans the River Fowey.
The town used to be the capital of the county.
In the town there are a number of niche retailers, hotels, restaurants, a golf course and it’s only a short drive to beaches and many places of interest. Downend Park is a small park with just 12 plots for new homes, it’s to be a small development of the highest standard.
